Tile permissions and updates
What you are accepting
Tiles run in a sandbox: they cannot touch your session, your cookies or the network directly. They can only do what they ask for, and you accept that list when you install. Examples: read specific data from your organization, remember their own preferences, or call an outside service using credentials you provide.
These are Tilelytix tile permissions. They control what the tile may do inside Tilelytix. They are not permissions in any service the tile connects to.
When a tile is updated
Tile makers ship updates. A new version renders automatically. If a new version asks for additional permissions, you are notified, the tile shows a Review update badge in Your Tiles, and you decide whether to accept the new permissions. The notification names exactly what was added.
