Email preferences and notifications

Notifications

The bell at the top of Tilelytix lists your notifications: new ones first, then earlier ones. Read notifications are kept for a while: your 20 most recent read notifications stay, and older read ones are cleared automatically. Unread notifications are never cleared.

Choose which emails you get

Open Account Center, Notifications. You can switch off:

• Tile updates: when a tile you use gets a new version.
• Plan and trial reminders: before a plan or your free trial ends.
• Upgrade suggestions: when another plan would suit you better.
• News and offers: occasional product news and promotions.

Switched-off emails still appear under the bell. Every optional email also has an Unsubscribe link at the bottom that works without signing in.

Always sent

Some emails cannot be switched off because you need them: sign-in and verification codes, email address changes, invitations, receipts and invoices, payment updates, plan activation and expiry, support ticket replies, and notices about your account (such as deletion) or our policies.
