Add integration income to your finance

The WHMCS, Paymenter and Razorpay tiles can add the money they see to your Tilelytix finance, so your balance, KPI cards, Financial Analytics, Revenue Timeline and Profit Trend include your real sales without typing them in.

Turn it on

1. Open Your Tiles and choose Configure on the tile (or the gear on its dashboard card).
2. Tick Include in Tilelytix finance.
3. Optionally set Count from if sales before a date were already entered by hand. Leave it empty to import all history.
4. Save. The newest records appear at once; older history is imported in the background while your dashboard is open.

What is counted

• WHMCS: paid invoices on the date they were paid; gateway fees and whole-invoice refunds as expenses.
• Paymenter: paid invoices (Paymenter does not report a payment date, so the invoice's last update date is used).
• Razorpay: captured payments as income; Razorpay fees and refunds as expenses.

Only amounts in your organization's currency are counted; others are listed as not counted in the tile's settings. Nothing is converted.

Do not enable Razorpay together with WHMCS or Paymenter if Razorpay collects their payments: the same sale would be counted twice. Also avoid entering these sales as manual income.

Status and syncing

The tile's settings show when it last synced, how many records were imported and any problem. Sync now runs a sync immediately. A sync also runs daily. Unticking the box removes the records from your totals without deleting them.
