Dashboard tour

Each organization has one dashboard. Everything on it is a tile, and you can move, resize, add and remove tiles.

The built-in tiles

  • Key metrics: small cards across the top, one number each: Total Balance, Revenue, Total Expenses, Net Profit, Total Investments and Company Valuation to start with. Add more cards (profit margin, monthly recurring costs, cash runway) or change what each one shows. See Key metrics.
  • Financial Analytics: revenue, expenses and investments as a chart.
  • Manual Transactions: the income, expenses and investments you enter by hand (anything not recorded automatically by an integration). Click a row for details. Entries that are payments of a recurring cost are marked.
  • Recurring Costs: subscriptions and repeating expenses with a projected total.
  • Team Notes and Tasks: a shared task board with global, personal and completed tabs.
  • Revenue Timeline, Profit Trend and Investor Ownership: charts for revenue, profit and ownership.

Built-in tiles with a gear icon have settings, such as how many rows to show or the default chart period.

Making it yours

Use Edit Dashboard Layout to drag and resize tiles, then Save Layout, or Cancel to put everything back. Read Edit your layout. Add or remove tiles from Your Tiles. On a phone, metric cards sit two to a row and every other tile takes the full width.
