Paying by UPI

When checkout says Pay by UPI, you pay Tilelytix directly with any UPI app and send us a screenshot of the payment. We check it and activate your purchase, usually within a few hours.

  1. Choose Place order and pay by UPI. The payment page for your order opens.
  2. Open Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM or your bank's app and scan the QR code. On your phone you can tap Pay with a UPI app instead. The amount and the payment note (TLX followed by your order number) are filled in for you. If your app removes the note, type it in.
  3. Complete the payment and take a screenshot of the "Payment successful" screen. It should show the amount and the UPI transaction ID.
  4. Back on the payment page, choose Choose screenshot, pick the screenshot and choose Upload screenshot. Adding the UPI transaction ID (also called UTR) helps us confirm faster.
  5. We confirm the payment and email you the receipt. Your plan or tile is active from that moment, and the invoice is in Billing.

Left the page? Open Account Center, Billing: Payments to complete lists every order waiting for a screenshot, with an Upload button. Until you upload it you also see a reminder when you open Tilelytix, and a reminder email twice a day.

  • Time limit: upload the screenshot within the number of days shown on the payment page (7 unless stated otherwise). An order without one then expires. Nothing is taken from you by Tilelytix; if you had already paid, contact support with the UPI transaction ID and we reopen it.
  • Wrong screenshot? Upload another one from the same page. If we can't confirm the payment we email you what we need.
  • Plans start when we confirm the payment, not when you order.
  • Ordered by mistake? Cancel an order you have not paid from its payment page or from Account Center, Billing, Orders. The reminders stop, and you can remove the cancelled order from your list.
  • UPI payments are in rupees and limited to INR 1,00,000 per order. A tile already in an order waiting for payment cannot be ordered again for the same organization until that order is completed or cancelled.
