Invoices

Every payment creates an invoice with a number like TLX-2026-000123. Find them under Account Center, Billing, Invoices.

• View opens a printable page.
• PDF downloads a copy.
• Your receipt email links straight to the invoice.

Invoices show each item, the organization it was bought for, any discount, and the total. A purchase fully covered by a coupon still gets an invoice, with a total of zero.

Superadmins of an organization can also open invoices that include something bought for their organization. In Billing, Orders each paid order links straight to its invoice.

How long invoices stay here

An invoice for a plan stays in your Account Center while that plan is running, and for six months after it ends. Any other invoice stays for six months after it was issued. We keep our own copy as the law requires: if you need an older invoice, ask support. Download the PDF if you want to keep your own copy.
