Razorpay Integration
What this tile does
The Razorpay tile shows live data from your own Razorpay merchant account: collections, fees, refunds, net and money settled to your bank for this month, the last 30 days or last month, plus payments, settlements, disputes, subscriptions and invoices. It is separate from the payments Tilelytix itself takes.
Create API keys in Razorpay
In the Razorpay Dashboard go to Settings, API Keys and generate a Key ID and Key Secret. A key pair dedicated to Tilelytix is best, so you can revoke it on its own later.
Configure the tile
Choose Configure on the tile and enter the Key ID and Key Secret. Save and refresh.
Views
The tile offers Overview, Payments, Settlements, Refunds, Disputes, Subscriptions and Invoices. Use the switcher at the top or pin any of them with Add view.
- Overview covers the period you pick (this month, last 30 days or last month): collected (gross), fees and GST, refunds, net (gross minus fees and refunds), what was settled to your bank in that period, and the success rate. Early in a month, "This month" can be zero: pick Last 30 days.
- Settlements lists your latest settlements. Amounts are what reached your bank after Razorpay fees, so they differ from Overview's gross figures.
Add it to your finance
Tick Include in Tilelytix finance to count captured payments as income and Razorpay fees and refunds as expenses. Leave it off if WHMCS or Paymenter already feed your finance and Razorpay collects their payments, otherwise the same sale is counted twice. See Add integration income to your finance.
Troubleshooting
- If the tile asks you to add your keys, one of the two fields is empty.
- A connection error usually means the keys were regenerated or revoked in Razorpay, or lack permission to read settlements, payments or refunds.
