Cookie Policy

Last updated: 8 October 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Tilelytix uses cookies and similar technologies (such as your browser's local storage). It forms part of our Privacy Policy.

1. What we use

Tilelytix uses only what it needs to work. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not sell information collected through cookies.

Strictly necessary cookies

  • token: keeps you signed in (up to 7 days).
  • active_org: remembers which Organization you are working in.
  • regToken, pendingReg, pendingEmailChange: short-lived cookies used while you register or change your email address.
  • post_auth_redirect: returns you to the page you were on (for example an invitation) after you sign in.
  • rememberme: remembers your sign-in preference.

Preferences

  • tlx_theme (cookie) and tilelytix_theme (local storage): your chosen colour theme.
  • Local storage also keeps per-browser preferences such as chart settings in tiles and dismissed announcements.

Performance

  • Session storage keeps a short-lived copy of dashboard data so pages load faster. It is cleared when you close the tab or sign out.

2. Third parties

  • When you pay, our payment providers (for example Razorpay or Paytm) may set their own cookies on their checkout pages, under their own policies.
  • If you sign in with Google, Google sets its own cookies under its privacy policy.
  • Our fonts and code libraries are served from our own site, so no font or code service run by someone else receives your IP address when you load our pages.

3. Your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies you will not be able to sign in or use the Service. Signing out clears your session cookie.
