Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy lists what you must not do with Tilelytix. It forms part of our Terms of Service and applies to every user, Organization, tile and integration.

You must not

• break any law or regulation, or use the Service for money laundering, tax evasion, fraud, or financing of unlawful activity;
• upload or process data you do not have the right to use, or personal data without the notices and consents the law requires;
• upload anything that is defamatory, obscene, harassing, hateful, infringes intellectual property or privacy, or is otherwise prohibited by Rule 3 of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021;
• upload malware, or try to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Service, bypass security or access controls, or access another person's account or Organization without permission;
• use tiles, connectors or integrations to attack, overload or access systems you are not authorised to access, or to reach internal or private networks;
• interfere with or disrupt the Service or other users, including by excessive automated requests, scraping, or load that is out of proportion to normal use;
• copy, resell, sublicense or offer the Service to others as your own, or use it to build a competing product;
• create more than one account to obtain additional free trials, offers or coupons, or otherwise abuse promotions, referrals or refunds;
• impersonate anyone, give false information, or submit false proof of payment;
• help or encourage anyone else to do any of the above.

What we may do

We may investigate suspected breaches, remove content, disable tiles or integrations, suspend or close accounts and Organizations, withhold or reverse creator earnings, and report activity to law enforcement. Where practical we will tell you, unless the law or the circumstances prevent it.
