Auto-renew your plan

Auto-renew charges your saved card or UPI each time your plan term ends, so your organizations never lock. It uses the payment gateway's own recurring payments (Razorpay or Paytm).

Turn it on

  1. Open Account Center, Billing, Plans. Next to your plan choose Turn on under Auto-renew (or use the button shown after you buy a plan).
  2. Check the amount and the date of the first renewal, which is the day your current term ends.
  3. Authorise your payment method. Razorpay takes a small token payment that is refunded automatically; Paytm takes a one rupee payment.

Each renewal adds a new term to the same plan, so organizations stay attached, and creates an invoice and a receipt email.

Turn it off

Choose Manage, then Turn off auto-renew. Future charges stop. The time you already paid for is kept.

If a renewal payment fails

The gateway retries. If it still fails, auto-renew shows Paused and you are notified. Renew manually from Billing, or update your payment method, before the term ends.

Auto-renew is available for paid plans once they have been bought at least once. Plans from before the billing update can be renewed manually first.
