Paymenter Integration

The Paymenter tile shows live data from your own Paymenter panel: outstanding and overdue invoices, recent payments, services, orders, clients and tickets. It can also add your paid Paymenter invoices to your Tilelytix finance.

Before you start

  • Paymenter v1.2.0 or newer (the version with the admin API).
  • The panel reachable over https:// from the internet. Tilelytix never connects to http:// addresses or to private or local network addresses.
  • An admin account that can create API keys.

1. Create an API key in Paymenter

  1. In your Paymenter admin panel, open Settings and then API (or API Keys).
  2. Create a new key named, for example, Tilelytix.
  3. Grant only view permissions for invoices, orders, services, users and tickets. The tile never creates or changes anything.
  4. Copy the key. Paymenter shows it only once.

2. Configure the tile

  1. On the dashboard, choose the gear on the Paymenter card (or Configure in Your Tiles).
  2. Panel URL: your panel's address with no trailing slash, for example https://panel.example.com.
  3. API Key: the key from step 1.
  4. Save. The tile loads straight away.

Views

Switch views from the top of the card; in edit mode Add view pins any view as its own card (see Views).

  • Overview: the outstanding amount and pending invoices, overdue invoices, what was paid in the last 30 days, active services and their value, and open tickets.
  • Unpaid invoices: pending invoices with due date and total (the sum of their items).
  • Recently paid: paid invoices. Paymenter's API has no payment date, so the time the invoice was last updated is shown.
  • Services: active, suspended, pending and cancelled services with renewal date and price.
  • Orders: the latest orders with the value of their services.
  • Clients: your newest clients.
  • Tickets: open tickets, with high priority ones highlighted.

Paymenter's API does not report totals, so counts above 100 show as "100+".

Add Paymenter income to your finance

Tick Include in Tilelytix finance in the tile's settings (your plan needs the finance feed feature). Then:

  • Every paid invoice counts as income. Its amount is the sum of its items.
  • Paymenter does not report a payment date, so the invoice's last update date is used. An invoice edited after it was paid moves to that later date.
  • Paymenter's API does not expose gateway fees or refunds, so none are imported. Enter them by hand if you need them.
  • Only invoices in your organization's currency are counted. Nothing is converted.
  • Use Count from if sales before a date were already entered by hand.
Do not also enter these sales as manual income, and do not turn on the Razorpay tile's finance feed if Razorpay collects your Paymenter payments: the same sale would be counted twice.

Recent invoices appear at once, older history imports in the background, and a sync runs daily. The settings show the last sync and offer Sync now. More in Add integration income to your finance.

Privacy and security

  • The API key is encrypted when saved and never shown again.
  • Requests are made by Tilelytix's server: https only, no redirects, no private addresses, a 10 second limit and at most 2 MB per answer. The tile's own code never sees the key.

Troubleshooting

  • "Add your Paymenter credentials": the URL or key is empty.
  • 401 or 403: the key is wrong, was deleted, or lacks view permission for that part of Paymenter.
  • 404: the panel is older than v1.2.0, or the URL has an extra path. Use the base address only.
  • A blocked or https error: the URL must start with https:// and use the panel's public name.
  • A timeout: the panel took longer than 10 seconds to answer.
