Enter a coupon code on the payment step of checkout and choose Apply. The discount is shown before you pay.

Why a coupon may not apply

• It has expired, has not started yet, or has been used the maximum number of times.
• It is limited to certain products and none of them are in your cart.
• It is limited to certain people or organizations and you or the organization you are buying for are not on the list.

A coupon that would not discount anything in your cart is rejected with a clear message rather than being applied for nothing.

Some coupons cover 100 percent of the cart. In that case the order is confirmed immediately with no payment step.
