Choose a plan
A plan is what turns an organization on. You choose one in the pricing section on the home page and check out like any purchase. (Plans are not listed in the tile marketplace.) New here? You can start with a free trial instead: see Plan limits and the free trial.
What a plan contains
- Organizations: how many organizations the plan can run at once.
- Team members: how many people each organization can have, and how many of them can be superadmins at the same time.
- Marketplace tiles: how many marketplace tiles each organization can add (built-in tiles are always included).
- Features: such as the finance feed from WHMCS, Paymenter and Razorpay, custom roles, audit log export and priority support.
- Included tiles: some plans bundle marketplace tiles, so you do not buy them separately. They are yours while the plan runs.
- Tiles to keep: a few plans also give tiles you keep for good, even after the plan ends. Every organization on the plan gets its own copy once a paid term starts.
- Duration: the length of one term, for example one month or one year.

Most plans come in a monthly and a yearly variant. Use the toggle on the pricing table to compare them, and Add to cart to buy one. A plan marked Bundle includes marketplace tiles: open See inside on its card to see them and what they are worth. Every purchase can be refunded in full within 24 hours (Refund Policy).

When a plan is no longer sold
We sometimes retire a plan. If you are on one, nothing changes for you: it keeps running until its end date with everything it included. To continue, choose any current plan from Account Center, Billing (Continue my plan with this): it starts when your current term ends and your organizations stay attached.
