Invite

Superadmins open the organization's Superadmin page and use Add User. Enter an email address, pick a role, and optionally add extra permissions for that person (Admins only: viewers are always read-only). They receive an email with a one-time link that lasts seven days.

Invite Links on the same page makes a link you share yourself, for any role including your custom roles, with a number of uses and an expiry date. The list shows whether each link is still active, used up, expired or revoked. A single-use link can only ever let one person in, even if two people open it at the same moment.

Only a superadmin can invite someone as a superadmin.

Accept

The link asks the person to sign in or create an account, then adds them to the organization. Accepting an invitation never needs a plan.

Leaving or being removed

Superadmins can deactivate or remove members at any time. An organization always keeps at least one active superadmin.
