Refunds

Every purchase on Tilelytix, plans and tiles alike, can be refunded in full within 24 hours of payment. No reason needed.

1. Open Account Center, Billing, Orders.
2. Choose Request refund under the order. The button is there for 24 hours after payment.
3. A support ticket opens with the order details. We refund to the original payment method (or by UPI for a UPI payment) and reply on the ticket.

• A refunded plan term ends straight away, along with anything it included. A refunded tile is removed from the organization it was bought for.
• An automatic renewal can be refunded within 24 hours of the charge in the same way.
• Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show the refund.
